Resident Meetings
WHEN: Resident Meetings are held on the 3rd Saturday of every month (except May through September and December) starting at 9:00 am and generally last about an hour. No pre-registration, just come, meet neighbors and enjoy.
WHERE: "high atop the 8th floor" of the Lido Beach Resort, 700 Benjamin Franklin Drive in the Event Space of the Palm Building.
AGENDA: Meetings feature a speaker or set of speakers on informative topics of local interest such as beach and dune renourishment, traffic calming, supporting our neighbors and local businesses or an update on a community project. A short business meeting follows highlighted by update reports on various association committees.
ANNUAL MEETING: Our election of our Board of Directors is held in conjunction with the February Meeting and starts with a Member Breakfast at 9:00 am.
Meet & Greets
WHEN: Meet & Greets are held on the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 5-7:00 pm.
WHERE: Out monthly Meet & Greets are usually held at various local restaurants. Check the Event Calendar and watch for emails announcing upcoming venues.
AGENDA: Meet & Greet meetings are "a neighborhood happy hour" and feature drink and appetizer specials (at attendees' discretion). A wonderful opportunity to meet new neighbors in a social setting and HAVE FUN!.
