LKRA's 2025 Beach Party - Logistics
Location: The physical location at the Lido Beach Resort is their Sand Garden. This is an outdoor space on the NW part of their property. The most direct entrance is walking through their parking lot on the north side of the building. You can enter from the hotel, then go through the Tiki Bar and pool area. Look for stringed party lights.
Parking: - Carpooling or utilizing the Bay Runner Trolley is encouraged; - Street Parking and the Public Beach Lot is free and convenient; - You can use the hotel valet (cash tip is strongly encouraged) - Self-parking is complimentary in garage based on availability – you will still need to pull up to valet and let them know you need to park.
Drop Off: Guests may be dropped off right by the entrance gate to the Sand Garden using the resort's parking area just north of the building.
Welcome Table: All attendees must check in at the welcome table set up just inside the gate to the Sand Garden to pick up their required event bracelet and complementary drink ticket. There are no physical "tickets". We have a list of all pre-registered guests.
Tables: With a couple exceptions all tables are open seating.
Cash Bar: Bring CASH! The outdoor bars we have for the event cannot take bankcards. There is an ATM in the resort lobby.
Agenda: 5:30 to 6:30 Cocktails and Appetizers: 6:30 Dinner followed by Dessert around Sunset.

- Pre-Theatre Reception (Appetizers & Cash Bar): 6:30 - 7:40 pm at the Goldstein Cabaret Theatre, 1239 N Palm Ave. Looking forward to sharing an evening with friends and neighbors and meet some of the cast.
- Showtime: 8:00 pm at the Gompertz Theatre, 1265 1st Street a short walk from the Goldstein Cabaret Theatre.

2025 Annual Member Breakfast
Annual Breakfast Meetings was held at 9:00 am on the Saturday, February 15th, 2025. followed by a Membership Meeting starting around 10:00 am. on the 8th floor, Lido Beach Resort. Special guest for our 2025 Annual Meeting was Florida's 17th Congressional District Representative Greg Steube. Following breakfast (around 10:00 am), LKRA hosted their Annual Membership Meeting. No reservations or cost required for this part of the meeting.
